Taking advantage of his mood swings
In his book , Benjamin Graham says :
“Mr Market’s job is to provide you with prices ; your job is to decide whether it is to your advantage to act on them.
You do not have to trade with him just because he constantly begs you to.
Instead, you should do business with him - but only to the extent that it serves your interests.
So the intelligent investor shouldn’t ignore Mr Market and his mood swings entirely."
Mood swings of Mr Market can not be predicted.
Instead we could 'try to sense' his current mood.
I designed a Stock Market Mood Model to get a sense of Mr Market's current mood.
